These terms govern your use of the JJWin Game platform. They are written to be read and understood, not buried and ignored. Please go through them before you register or place your first bet.

You must be 18 or older and physically located where online betting is not prohibited. JJWin Game enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts result in permanent closure and forfeiture of any bonus balances held at the time.
All transactions on JJWin Game are in Pakistani Rupees. Minimum deposit is Rs 500, minimum withdrawal is Rs 200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed with the support team.
All promotional offers come with rollover requirements and time limits. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing the stated rollover will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount. Terms for each promotion are stated at the point of offer.
JJWin Game uses automated and manual monitoring to detect and prevent collusion, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, and any use of bots or automated tools. Accounts found to be acting in violation of fair play standards will be suspended pending investigation.
You are responsible for keeping your JJWin Game login credentials confidential. Any bets placed on your account before you report a security breach are considered valid. Always enable two-factor authentication and use a password you do not use elsewhere.
JJWin Game provides deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion for all members. These tools are enforceable on request and cannot be reversed during their active period. 18+ only – no exceptions.

Important: These Terms and Conditions apply alongside JJWin Game's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and JJWin Game.
To open and maintain an account on JJWin Game, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:
JJWin Game reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account where eligibility criteria are not met or where information provided during registration is found to be inaccurate or incomplete. Any balances in such accounts may be withheld pending investigation.
One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on JJWin Game at any time. This restriction extends to members of the same household sharing a device or IP address. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, JJWin Game will close the duplicate accounts and may void any transactions made through them.
Account Verification (KYC): JJWin Game reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Verification is mandatory before processing your first withdrawal. Documents that may be requested include a valid national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the requested timeframe may be restricted until the process is complete.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. JJWin Game will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately. All bets placed prior to reporting a security breach remain valid.
Account Closure by Member: You may close your JJWin Game account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method within standard processing times, provided all verification and rollover requirements have been met.
Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. JJWin Game reserves the right to deduct a monthly administration fee from the balance of dormant accounts after this period. Members will be notified by their registered contact details before any fee is applied.
Currency: All transactions on JJWin Game are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no foreign currency conversion at any point.
Accepted Payment Methods: JJWin Game currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels:
Deposit Limits: The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and membership tier. VIP members benefit from higher deposit limits as part of their tier benefits.
Withdrawal Policy: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200 of real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method as the most recent qualifying deposit unless the support team approves an alternative arrangement. Standard withdrawal processing times are under one hour for Easypaisa and JazzCash; bank IBFT transfers may take up to one business day.
Withdrawal Restrictions: JJWin Game reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending identity verification, account review, or investigation into suspected fraudulent activity. We will communicate the reason for any delay to the member concerned within 24 hours of the withdrawal request being placed.
Note: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only real-money balances that have satisfied all applicable rollover requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
JJWin Game regularly offers promotional bonuses to new and existing members. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament-specific promotions such as those tied to PSL season.
General Bonus Rules:
Rollover Contribution Rates: Different bet types contribute at different rates towards meeting bonus rollover requirements. Sports bets on pre-match markets typically contribute 100%. Live in-play bets, casino games, and crash games may have specific contribution rates as stated in the individual promotion terms. Always check the promotion-specific terms before activating an offer if the game type matters to how you plan to wager.
All sports bets placed on JJWin Game are subject to the following general betting rules. Where a sport or league has specific rules not covered here, those specific rules take precedence and are published in the relevant betting section of the platform.
All casino games and crash games on JJWin Game, including Teen Patti, Baccarat, Roulette, and Aviator, are governed by the following rules in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within the game interface.
JJWin Game is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment for all members. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban from the platform:
JJWin Game uses a combination of automated monitoring systems and manual review to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, action may be taken retroactively to recover funds paid out as a result of such conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JJWin Game's liability to any member for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that member's account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim. JJWin Game is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses of any kind.

Continued use of JJWin Game after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should close your account before the amendments take effect.

JJWin Game aims to resolve all complaints within 48 hours of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved at support level, it will be escalated to the compliance team for review. Complex disputes involving bet settlement, account restrictions, or bonus forfeitures may take up to 14 business days to reach a final decision.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JJWin Game holds its gaming licence. Members agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts for resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the platform's internal complaints procedure.
